ABOUT STELLA JAMES
Stella works with Adolescents (from 16 years old), Adults and Older Adults.
Her application of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on individuals struggling with Depression, Panic, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Worry, Specific Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Loss and Bereavement.
Her application of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is also applied to trauma/PTSD and other anxiety disorders such as OCD, Social Anxiety, Phobias and more. She also applies the Compassion Focus Therapy (CFT) where needed. She is holistic and flexible in her work, and adapts therapy in a tailor-made manner with her clients.
